Most of my creative brand sessions lean heavy on portraiture but this shoot was a bit different. I wanted to both show the people behind the brand and the eye candy that is the service their brand provides. What a FUN day of shooting!

The ladies of Poppy Gifting know their stuff. They create gorgeous, elegant gift packages from meticulously curated goods and make each gift feel so personal. Willa and Peggy combine their chic and classy style, design talent, and their etiquette mastery to make gift packages that dazzle. These ladies know how to work their magic!

Photographer and Stylist Collaboration

We wanted to show a vast array of the types of items that go into their gift packages and we practically needed a U-Haul to get all these items to our shoot location. I found myself swooning just to looking at all beautiful things that day. We got a ton of help from Callista Wilson, stylist extraordinaire, in styling all these beautiful things. I loved watching her do her thing, jzhuzh-ing things here and there to make them really standout. It’s always so interesting to me to to watch other creative people work and witness how they make creative decisions.
